The precise reservation of articles provides an excellent base for outstanding customer service. Article reservation enables ordering products for a predefined date as well as recording and managing eventual accounts with high reliability. The registered customer can reserve several articles specifying the delivery date. He can assign customized instructions and make a deposit payment.

Easy handling

Once the transaction has been confirmed the system prints a receipt featuring a barcode that identifies the order which must be presented at the checkout upon delivery. Reserved orders, if not delivered yet, may be modified by adding or removing articles. Article reservation allows deleting the reservation by simply reading the code on the ticket with the appropriate reader, writing the customer’s name or the eventual card number. In this case i the list of the articles reserved for his name will be displayed and corresponding articles can be deleted.

Efficient reporting

The efficient reporting system allows the selection of transactions executed by a specific customer. It can be defined to which store the reservations are linked. In case of extended distribution chains, reservations are valid only for a single store. It is also possible to display delivery dates expected for a determined period in order to better organize the supplies.
